Part of the remit of The Museum of Bath Stone is to be a resource available to the community for leisure activities. To support this, the venue is available for charity, community and commercial hire and has seating for up to 40 guests.

For Registered Charities and Not-for Profit organisations, the hourly charges are as follows:
Weekday evenings: £9.50
Weekend evenings: £9.50
To use the venue for community use, the hourly charges are as follows:
Weekday evenings: £10.00
Weekend evenings: £14.50
For commercial use of the premise, the hourly charges are as follows:
Weekday evenings: £21.00
Weekend evenings: £25.00
